This Villa is on two levels with an open floor plan of approximately 300 sqm living area, 200 sqm terrace, private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms (10-13 people), 6 toilets, 5 shower, wireless internet, satellite-TV, and stunning views.

A welcoming open floor plan, with large glass sliding doors and breathtaking views with an infinity pool that faces you when you step into the very tastefully furnished villa. With the open floor plan, you will find a modern kitchen, dining, and living room. Located on this floor are two double bedrooms with TV, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioner. All rooms have large glass doors to the terrace and spectacular views. On this level, there is also a guest toilet and laundry. The ultra-modern European kitchen is in a U-shape where you can sit and eat at the black granite counter. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, wine cooler, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

On this level, you have a large terrace with 32 sqm infinity pool and jacuzzi, dining area, and modern sunbeds. The terrace invites you to enjoy beautiful moments in the sun and pool. In the evening you can enjoy the incredible sunset over the ocean.

On the upper level, there are three bedrooms. That master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, safety box, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi.

The other two bedrooms have a king-size bed and the other two single beds. Both rooms have TV, DVD, air conditioner, en-suite bathrooms with a connecting door between the rooms. This is suitable for families with children.

There is also a home cinema room with a projector for added entertainment on this level.

All rooms have stunning views and direct access to the terraces/balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioners, and TV.

SURROUNDINGS

The villa is located in a quiet residential area close to KataCenter. Within walking distance is one of Phuket's finest beaches - Kata beach that is highly regarded for being a quiet location but still with upscale restaurants, bars, and small boutique shopping. Also on the walking distance, you have grocery stores, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, massage, etc. Just 20 minutes to Patong and 5 minutes to Chalong this is a great location in the southern area of the west coast.

The pleasant bay of Kata, just a few minutes south of Karon Beach, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Very popular with families, Kata is an all-round favorite due to its spectacular palm-lined beach, great restaurants, lively but not raucous nightlife and varied accommodation options - all close to the beach. From May to October surfers flock to catch Kata's waves and from November to April, the beach is alive with sun-seekers.

Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. Visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores.

• Electricity up to 100kWh/night normal consumption is included. Over and above that electricity will be charge at 8 baht/kWh
• For reservation 5 nights or longer cleaning once a week will be included free of charge. For reservation less then 5 nights cleaning can be arranged to an additional cost
• Airport transfer can be arranged on request
• By late check-in, after 20:00, the Tenants will be charge 1,000 Baht, after 24:00 an additional cost of 1,000 Baht (total 2,000 Baht). Late check-out can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate after 11:00 am.
