On the top floor is the spacious living area with large comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, dining table seating eight and the modern european kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you require.

The villa is just a short drive from the beautiful Kalim beach (2km). It is a sandy beach with large boulders. In the high season from November to March there is calm and swim all day long. And in the summer season there will be waves on the beach.
