This luxury villa is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata.

This modern 4 bedroom Thai style villa offers accommodation over 3 levels and is situated in a quiet, exclusive development. Thanks to its elevated position and mature lush landscaping, the villa is very private and is not overlooked. There are sea and mountain views.

There is a large sitting/dining room on the 2nd level with a huge terrace for alfresco dining. The terrace area includes a plunge pool with inset jacuzzi, and a covered sala. The fully equipped kitchen is also on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is Western style and is fully fitted with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, halogen hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is also a washroom with American standard washer and dryer.

The villa is tastefully decorated throughout Asian style but with the best Western comfort. All living accommodation has individually controlled, ducted air conditioning, plus all opening windows and doors have mosquito nets fitted for added comfort should natural ventilation be preferred.

There are an iron/ with an ironing board, a hair dryer and a safe box.

Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from the villa on the estate: terrace сafe, a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers.

This villa can be rented as 2-bedrooms or 3-bedrooms villa.

Daily: (1 – 5 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. 

Weekly: (6 – 25 nights)

Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. 

Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months)

Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only.

Additional maid services cost 500 THB for 4 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities.
