The Villa opens on a spacious, bright and well-ventilated 80 sqm room in the middle of which sets a central kitchen unit made of 3.5 metre granit countertop.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with induction stove tops, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, hot and cold purifier, kitchenware and table decorations. Next to the kitchen, the laundry room contains a washing machine, drinks cabinet and linens.

The living room and the dining room offer a panoramic view on the hinterland hills. Enjoy great time in the spacious covered living room, open on the outside. The glass table can seat around ten guests. Wide, comfortable modern sofas from which you can appreciate wonderful sunsets.

The house welcomes up to 10 guests. It includes 5 suites, all fully furnished, modern style with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms are equipped with aircon, Smart TV flat screen, mosquito screens, block out curtains. Every room has direct access to the pool, surrounded by a large sunny terrace with beach chairs.

All the TV are connected with Internet (sensitive contents hidden), Youtub. More than 400 latest movies and series tv available by « nas » (free). Internet by high speed optical fiber. Switch RJ 45 in every room. Wifi everywhere (unify ir system).

Room 2 and 3 and 4: 33 sqm – king size bed – 55 inch Smart TV – wardrobe with safe – bathroom with 2 basins – Italian style shower – hair dryer – mirror - -toilet.

Room 5: 25 sqm – king size bed – 55 inch Smart Tv – wardrobe with safe – bathroom with 1 basins - Italian style shower – hair dryer – mirror – toilet.

The crystal clear pool is 17 metres long by 6 metres wide. The beach chairs can be set up on the first step to enjoy a relaxing sunbath while kids have fun on the second step. The 30° infinity edge pool is salt-based. By night, underwater light colors changed via wifi.

Gardening and Pool maintenance twice a week
House cleaning service, 2 hours a day (more on demand) except on Sundays. It includes change of linens and towels every 3 days. The house lady can understand and speak English. Very trustworthy and discret
On demand, a cook can offer local and international dishes as well specific requests.
