Rental for a period of over 26 nights – up to 3 months assumes payment of water and electricity according to meter (90 THB and 5 THB/Unit respectively), cleaning and change of linen – 2 times per week.

The cost of additional cleaning of the villa (without change of linen) is 500 THB.

Check-in is from 02.00 p.m., check-out – until 11.00 a.m.
