The villa is located 10 minutes away from Patong and 10 minutes away from the biggest shopping mall of Phuket: Phuket central festival. This new villa which is available since the 1st of January 2014. It central location enables our guests to truly immerse themselves in the jungle atmosphere landscape.

Built in a new style and inspired from the latest design, this villa is the highest of the mountain and provide a beautiful view, in a peaceful area.

The villa is 420 sqm and has a big living room with high ceiling and is all surrounded by glass, it has 3 bedrooms each one of them has its own bathroom, a kitchen, closets, an infinity pool and a garage.

Spacious and functional kitchen is provided with everything the guests might need for home cooking, including appliances and kitchenware. 

3 Bedrooms Sleep 6-9 (Extra beds available upon request), 3 Bathrooms, 2 Floors, 420 sqm Outdoor & Indoor Area, Fully Furnished, 2 Living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 Kitchen with American Bar, 2 balcony terrace.

Each bedroom has a king size bed. A soft comfortable sofa in the living room will certainly be an ideal place for spending a pleasant evening. A spacious dining area is arranged here too.

There is a large swimming pool with sunbeds on the territory of the villa.

The rooms are located as following:

- 2 rooms with direct access to the pool on the floor level

- 1 room with direct access to the terrasse on the first floor

The rates are available up to 6 adults. 

4 Extra beds can be provided at an additional cost. 

Electricity fee will be added with 7 bath/unit.

Cleaning per week is included in the cost.

The villa is rented as self-catering household.
