The rates include following services:
Homes care services
Garden care services
- Regular airing of all premises when the property in not occupied
- Regular inspection of the property, checking of the all operating equipment to identify any replacements, repair and maintenance has become necessary in order to maintain the standard of the property and service. Organization of such replacements, repair and maintenance works
- Organization of scheduled technical maintenance of all operating equipment maintenance works (e.g. air-conditioners service)
- Organization of scheduled services (e.g pest control)
- Service staff management
- Control over cleaning materials, chemicals and health and beauty aids supplies
- Liaising with developers, development management teams and other external companies whenever necessary
Pool care services
- Watering – every other day
- Cleaning and sweeping
- Trees and bushes care, flower beds maintenance, lawn cutting – once every 2 weeks
Rate includes time and materials. Change of cartridges and lighting elements at additional charge.
- Cleaning – once a week
- Checking of disinfection system
- Filters and pump cleaning
Rate does not include:
Guest care services
Cleaning / housekeeping
- Preparation of the property prior to guest arrivals
- Checking-in guest
- Receiving of the payments and security deposits
- Guest care and providing of additional services, e.g. maid-service, car rentals, babysitter, chef, transfers, organization of guided tours
- Checking out, inspections of the property’s condition, receiving of utilities fee (when applicable according to rental contract)
Basic cleaning includes floor cleaning, dusting, disinfection of sanitary equipment. Overall cleaning also includes bathroom tiles cleaning, window wash and cleaning of household appliances.
We recommend to make 2 cleanings per week, minimum – 1 time per week.
Overall cleaning is compulsory after checking out of the guests. During their stay – when requested.
Cleaning materials, chemicals and health and beauty aids
All chemicals, cleaning materials and consumables are supplied on as-needed and consumption basis and are chargeable to the owner.
Washing and ironing of 1 set of bed-linen, towels and bathrobes (1 bedroom) – 300 THB.
Other services at owner’s cost and expense
- Repair and replacement of any operating equipment due to the physical deterioration
- Air-con cleaning (time and materials) – twice a year
- Pest control (time and materials) – scheduled according to the service contract
- Internal and external renovations in cases of losses and damages
The price of the service - 500 THB / month
