RAW6227: Elegant Modern Villa within Walking Distance to the Sea in Rawai Area

A new project of luxury villas and townhouses from an ambitious developer. Most recently, this developer launched a new project, which perfectly combines luxury with tropical comfort and carefree life. This paradise on earth will consist of several phases, here are two types of villas and townhouses:

The townhouse is different in size and consists of 3 floors, in contrast to the Villas. The pool there will be a little smaller than in the villa, but still relatively large and spacious. Terms of payment:

• Deposit: Type A 250,000 THB, Type C 150,000 THB 
• 1st: payment 30% (Pay within 30 days while contract signed) 
• 2nd: payment 20% Within 3 months 
• 3rd: payment 20% Upon unit building structure completion. 
• 4th: payment 20% Upon Interior decoration completion. 
• 5th: payment 10% Upon keys handover.
