Phuket Cheap Accommodation and Budget Rentals
Most of the cheap rentals i Phuket can be found on the interior on the island, especially from Chalong, through Phuket town to Kathu and northwards. Although these areas are 20-30 minutes from the beaches and main tourist areas, you will find plenty of foreigners living and working here. There are enough restaurants and facilities around these areas, even for the most demanding visitor, but you will probably experience a more authentic side of Phuket. The best value bargains are to be found in the low-season between May and November, or for long-term rentals, and mostly for rentals outside of the main tourist areas
