Thai Property Expo up-scaled to meet demand
In the past the Thai property Expo’s were held mainly in shopping centres around Bangkok. The expo will be held this year, 2014 at the Conrad Bangkok hotel.
This move to a luxury setting in such a famous hotel is considered a serious upgrade to the show. In 2013 the hotel was awarded the best luxury city hotel in Thailand at the World Luxury Hotel Awards. This remarkable upgrade to the expo clearly shows that there is a growing interest within the luxury property market in Thailand.
The forum will be open for 3 days and take place from the 7th to 9th of November, 2014. The purpose of the expo is to provide a forum for local and foreign purchasers as well as investors. Buyers will be able to meet with more than 30 of the most accomplished and well established industry movers. On show will be some of the most exciting new condos, Patong property, homes and villas around the most desirable locations like Phuket, Pattaya, Khao Yai and Bangkok. There will be a range of properties available to accommodate all sorts of budgets. The event is free to enter and would be a great place to meet developers and do some valuable research on property in Thailand.
There are similar shows being operated by the same organiser in the Hilton Pattaya in October 2014 and the Dusit Thani hotel in Pattaya. These shows will also be highlighting Patong property as well as other prime locations in Thailand.
According to organisers the luxury setting for the show has given developers more space to highlight projects within a luxurious environment. This luxurious setting also encourages buyers to spend more time doing their research and more valuable time talking to the exhibitors.
