Relife. This condominium is located closer to the main road than NBC. The building with seven floors and 120 apartments was built in 2019. Now you can buy an apartment on the secondary market, the price starts from 3.7 million baht for one bedroom with an area of 31 sq.m. On the territory, there are two swimming pools, a gym and a relaxation area. The apartments are modest in size, it's worth keeping their size in mind.

Rent starts from 25 thousand baht per month for the studio.

The Lago is much closer, next to Nai Harn Lake. The residents can use the swimming pool, gym, and children's playroom. The complex is no longer new, but the location covers this shortcoming. In addition, there are only 75 apartments and there are not many floors - only four.

Nai Harn Baan Bua is a village with villas. The development was carried out in several phases, so there are houses of different years of construction. Only three houses are available for sale from the developer, and there are offers on the secondary market. One-bedroom villa will cost 8.7 million baht, two bedroom - 17.6 million baht.

The village is large, with an abundance of greenery and tall trees. From the nearest point to Naiharn, it is exactly a kilometer to the sea, so if you like to walk and appreciate the peaceful natural environment, you will like it here!

If you want to buy fresh, new housing at a reasonable price, we recommend that you pay attention to The One Naiharn - there are studios, as well as apartments with two and three bedrooms. Construction has already begun and will be completed in early 2024. Hurry up to buy apartments while they are still available. The infrastructure of the project is grandiose: three common pools, one for children, a playground, a sauna and a cinema. The lowest price for a studio is 2.9 million baht.

Now let's move to Rawai. Almost the entire embankment is occupied by the super popular and in-demand project The Title. The last phase of the project, the fifth, was sold out by mid-December. But you can find offers in this complex on the secondary market. These cab be actually good, such that the price does not differ from the original or only slightly higher. This will give you access to a great location: next to the waterfront and seafood market, next to a bus stop that will take you to different parts of Phuket and the airport for only 100 baht.

The infrastructure of Title Rawai includes three swimming pools, a sauna and a steam room plus a gym. The territory is large, with well-groomed plants, a zoo corner and plenty of parking spaces.

Rent starts from 30 thousand baht per month for a two bedroom apartment.

Wyndham La Vita

The complex with a spacious area and more than 500 apartments is located 400 meters from Rawai Beach. Prices: 4.3 million baht for a studio and 6.2 million for a one-bedroom apartment. The investment program, if you want to participate in it, involves generating income and allows living in your apartment for only 15 days a year.

The complex has a hotel infrastructure: swimming pools, children's playroom, gym, game room, conference room and spa.

There is a free shuttle to Nai Harn Beach.

Rent on the official website starts from 51 thousand baht per month.

Harmony is a project that is just in the beginning phase of construction and will not be completed until 2024 at the earliest. Despite this, there are few apartments left for sale. Prices start at 4.1 million per studio.

The site of the building is located in the center of Rawai, driving to the beaches of Rawai and Naiharn will take equal time - 10 minutes. But from here it is close to Makro, Chalong Hospital, plus close to Kata Beach is 15 minutes drive away.

The complex will have the usual amenities: a gym with a sauna, a swimming pool with a panoramic view of the sea, a coworking center.
