The famous dishes of Thailand

Thai cuisine is worldwide famous for the harmony of flavors, which is the guiding principle behind each dish. Each Thai dish is a result of instant perfection of Western and Eastern cooking traditions.

The tremendous flavor of the masterpiece soup Tom Yum Goong combines all the four basic tastes: sweet, sour, salty and spicy. Pad Thai and Khao Pad are considered to be the most famous Thai dishes outside the country, but within the borders they appear to be even more popular. A dish, which is not as easy to find as the previous ones, but also worth tasting, is Thai curry.

The exploration of marvelous Thai cuisine cannot be complete without trying various Thai sweets. Numerous sorts of desserts are sold at any local market all around Thailand, but the best of them are cooked on the Phuket Island.
