The rooftop can also act as a dining area with its own barbeque where, if required we can arrange a private chef and service staff for your entertaining and enjoyment

The property can sleep up to 10 persons, 4 Kingsize and 1 Queensize bedrooms, additional occupancy can be arranged if required. Air conditioning is offered throughout
The house is furnished to a high standard with satellite TV available in all bedrooms, screens in the living and dining rooms. Cinema room, offering a choice of movies is equipped with a 42” screen and surround sound system. The small gym has a mixed range of equipment, there is a small well stocked bar available.
Maid service is everyday with bedding changed every three days. Personal laundry is available. Vehicle rental or mini bus hire can be arranged along with golf bookings, water sports, shopping trips, sightseeing tours etc. Recommended chef can also be hired for your evening meal whether for client entertaining or just relaxing
Jungceylon the main shopping mall is within a 5 minutes taxi ride or can be walked in 30 minutes with the bustling night life of Bangla Road and the beach front along the same time. Phuket airport is a 40 minutes commute. Courtesy pick-up to and from the airport is included
