After passing through the garden, guests arrive at the Sea View pavilion, which contains two additional bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. A furnished terrace overlooking the pool and beach is situated at the front of this pavilion.

The living area of the property creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the terrace and pool. This air-conditioned space has a serene ambiance, with comfortable grey sofas and chairs made from soft fabrics arranged in a manner that faces a large flat-screen TV. To set the desired mood with movies or music, satellite and internet cable service, a DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker are available. The living area can be entirely opened up at the front to merge it with the terrace and allow for the refreshing sea breezes to flow in. The dining area is located just behind the living area and offers breathtaking sea views, with a table that can seat four people. Adjacent to the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample workspace on the black granite counters.

Here, the calming sounds of the ocean will be the background music, regardless of where you choose to unwind. Separating the villa and the beach is a 15-meter pool bordered by sand-wash decking, along with an outdoor shower. Positioned at the front of the living pavilion is a covered terrace furnished with a dining table and sofa, which is cooled by a fan and provides an ideal location for enjoying sundowners or a sea-breezy breakfast. A small tropical garden with a koi pond, surrounded by palms and tropical plants, creates an enchanting courtyard area between the two pavilions of the villa. A car park with sufficient space for two vehicles is located at the gated entrance.

The bedrooms are expansive, well-lit, and elegantly furnished. All four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, as well as sliding glass doors that lead out to either a garden or sea-view terrace. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to provide maximum comfort.
