Ground floor – large main entrance, covered parking (for 2 cars), 4 bedrooms, kids room ( 50" TV and Wii), utility room. There is also a bunk bed maid’s room for guests who wish to bring their own maids.
- Junior Master Bedroom – King size bed (Possibility to add one futon for a child)
- Double Bedroom - Queen size bed - (Possibility to add one futon for a child)
- Twin Bedroom – Two twin beds or put together for oversized King and double sofa bed
- Double Bedroom - Queen size bed
All bedrooms are en suite with the two masters also having a bath. TV and DVD player is each bedroom.

Lower Floor - Gym room and live in staff apartment

2 Live in staff (7am to 9pm) - maid - cleaning/cooking and her husband - driver and maintenance
Optional:
- Car 7 seated SUV + driver (no self drive) is available from 9am to 9pm
- Maid will cook at cost - good cook (Thai food) - Breakfast not included but can be provided
