Fully furnished apartment with well utilized area of 69 square meters (approx. 750 sq. feet), with entrance, bathroom, large bedroom with large wardrobe, living room with dining place, section with modern and well-appointed kitchen, and big westerly and nice balcony with a close view to the beach beneath.

The location on the 15th floor, which is approximately in the middle of the tall building of more than 30 floors, gives a stunning view to the whole Patong Beach bay.

At the same time you can follow the throbbing pulse in the cosy restaurant and shopping pedestrian street which goes from Patong Tower to the beach road. From the balcony you can also sometimes listen to an Elvis impersonator who performs near the beach road, along with other live music.

The apartment has been refurbished in 2008 and has all modern facilities to make your stay easy and comfortable. Instead of a flamboyant decoration, we have chosen a more rational arrangement as we have made a point of spaciousness and many practical details without giving up luxury and comfort. So the place is well suited for (elderly) couples who notoriously appreciate that.
