Large 5 Bedroom villa located inside one of Phuket’s famous Golf Courses. This private pool villa offers a secure environment set inside a well established development surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Villa Accommodation

Entrance to this villa is through large wooden doors into the spacious open plan living and dining area. The compact western kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and electric hob. Twin sink, kettle, coffee machine and rice cooker. There is a utilities room with a washing machine and sink and a cloakroom.

The large dining table seats 8 people and wooden patio doors open out directly onto the terrace. The large living area comprises three large settees, flat screen TV with satellite TV and DVD player. Two wooden patio doors open out directly onto the pool terrace.

There is a centred ceiling fan and concealed air conditioning unit in both the dining room and living room.

Master Bedroom

From the living room, double wooden doors lead you into the oversized master bedroom. A 6ft bed sits on a polished wooden floor. The bedroom comprises bedside tables and lamps, a daybed and patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and concealed air conditioning units. A large open plan Closet leads through to the large en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, twin glass bowls and wc. There is a safe located inside the closet.

Guest Bedrooms

A detached building comprises bedrooms 2 and 3, both large with 6ft bed, bedside tables and lamps and a daybed. Both bedrooms share the large en-suite bathroom which features bath, walk-in shower and wc. Patios doors in each bedroom lead directly onto the poolside terrace. Both rooms have a ceiling fan and concealed air conditioning units.

There is also a small bedroom in this building with direct access onto the poolside terrace. This bedroom comprises single bed, settee, TV and air-conditioning.

In a different detached building, you can also find another smaller bedroom with bunk beds, bedside table and lamp, drawers and air-conditioning. The en-suite consists of shower, basin and wc and also gives access from the pool terrace.

Outside Living

A large swimming pool is surrounded by terrace and garden, this large outside space features outside shower and tables and chairs for alfresco dining. A gas BBQ is also included.

Additional Information

All bedrooms have polished wooden floors whilst the living areas are tiled. The villa has an allocated car parking space and set in a landscaped courtyard.

Check-In

Check-in is at 15.00 and check-out at 12.00, early check-in, late check-out is available for a small charge if the villa is not already booked.
