The Villa is "L" shaped, one storey with all living area on the same level, but also elevated over 2m off ground level. The ground level has the garage with covered parking for up to 4 cars, laundry area, and garden. Up a few sandstone steps brings you from the ground to the living area.
Here, you enter straight onto a covered terrace, where just a single stride is needed to jump into the swimming pool. The pool is 10m x 5m, with a shallow end of 1m, sloping to a maximum depth of 2m. In one corner of the pool is a 4-jet spa.
Inside the villa, you'll find 3.5m high ceilings, and plenty of windows. This encourages natural ventilation and cooling breezes. Throughout, all electric power points are Universal fittings, so you don't need to worry about bringing appliance adaptors with you. All doors in the villa are custom made from Burmese Teak, and are 2.4m in height. And every room exits to the outside terrace area.
You will first enter the villa in the kitchen / breakfast area, totalling 32 sq.m.. It is fully fitted to western standards. Kitchen work surfaces are all finished in black granite.
Off the kitchen is the living room area, 4m x 8m. Here, we have the Sony 42' LCD television with cable TV connections.
Double doors will take you from the living area, to the separate dining room.
From the breakfast area, you enter the 8m x 6m master bedroom and ensuite. The king size double bed, as well as most other furniture in the villa is custom-designed, and made from aged Golden Teak. The ensuite has a large bathtub, rain shower and handbasin.
Adjoining this is a bedroom enjoying a queen size double bed, and an ensuite bath and shower. Bedroom & ensuite measurements are 8m x 4m.
The 3rd bedroom, 4m x 4m, is directly off the terrace, with a standard double bed, and 2.5m x 2.5m ensuite with rain shower. The 4th bedroom is the room used as the office / study. It is, therefore, an office with an ensuite, and this measures 2m x 2.5m. Cable TV is available in both rooms.
Finally, the terrace. This is a fully covered area measuring 17m x 4m. It provides a great area for living, eating, drinking and playing beside the pool.
Any villa rentals in Phuket will require regular checks & maintenance of the swimming pool, and care of the garden and plant areas. This will be managed and organised for you for the monthly amount of 6000 baht. The only other bills that will be your ongoing responsibility are : electricity, gas, water (only if required in dry season), internet, telephone and cable TV.
