Our villas are custom built four-storey tropical villas, ideal as holiday homes or permanent residences, and designed to envelope you in a totally unique tropical living experience that brings you closer to the natural sea-front surroundings.

Each modern pool villa has three and four bedroom arrangements on lower and upper floors, including a master bedroom and luxurious en-suite bathroom, all with a magnificent sea view, on the third floor.

VILLA TYPE A

These north-facing modern-oriental pool villas command a sweeping view of Rawai Bay from the 48.86-sqm master bedroom on the third floor and the fourth-floor sun deck, where you can swim with the feeling of being suspended in mid air in the 12-metre-long infinity swimming pool with a glass window looking down over the property.

Comprising three bedrooms in total with walk-in wardrobes and marble-lined en-suite bathrooms, the second and third bedrooms (36.81sqm, 18.88sqm) are conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access. The larger lower-floor bedroom has its own garden terrace.

Stunning and secluded, privacy was paramount in the villas design and architecture. We've thought of all those little, and big, things that make life noticeably more comfortable and convenient.

Private access includes covered parking for up to two cars. Exterior staircases leading to lower and upper floors, maintaining privacy between the two floors. Suspended four storeys high, the swimming pool paints aquatic pictures on the walls.
