Accommodation comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms, with bedroom 1 being a very large Master Suite with additional dressing area and currently housing two 6 ft beds. There is also a spiral staircase in this bedroom that leads you to the 1st floor terrace. The en-suite has an outdoor feel with a separate bath and walk-in shower. This en-suite has double doors leading out onto the large front terrace and pool bar area.
Spacious Guest Bedrooms
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both a good size and feature 6ft beds and seating areas. Both bedrooms have direct access onto the front terrace and pool area.
On the first floor, there is a large open plan living and dining area both with balcony's that offer fantastic views of Patong Bay. The Western style kitchen is just off the living area and also has a back door leading up from the maid's room.
On the other side of the landing, there is an additional open plan living area, this room is where you would sit and relax watching over Patong Bay.

The villa benefits from a large front terrace and pool area with splendid views of the ocean. The pool also features a swim up pool bar.
