This beautiful villa, situated above a peaceful valley within a private development, offers unobstructed views across the hillside. It is tastefully decorated with carefully selected pieces of Asian arts, creating a lavish environment. The uniquely decorated 6 bedrooms, with their mixture of Thai and Chinese style, create an opulent setting inside the Villa.

Jacuzzi Infinity Pool

Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and a poolside shower, leading to an 10 x 5 m infinity edged pool and integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks which complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area.

For entertainment, the Villa offers a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games for younger guests (or the young-at-heart!). Additionally, for the health conscious, there is an equipped fitness room.

Villa Accommodation

Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, all en-suite over two levels, and it can readily accommodate 12 people.

Master Bedroom Suite Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized 4 poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, designed for younger children needing to be closer to their parents.

2 Bedroom Self Contained Guest Villa

The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the lower floor. This floor is split between the main villa and a two bedroom semi self-contained area comprising of bedroom 5 (with queen size bed) and bedroom 6 (with single bed, and pull out single bed below). It also has its own kitchenette, breakfast bar and living room, boasting its own 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre.

Home Gym

Back in the main villa, bedrooms 3 and 4, each en-suite, both have direct pool access and offer a choice of another-four poster king sized bed, or queen size bed. Also, you will find a spacious home gym with cross-trainer and bicycle and space for the kids to play games or the Nintendo Wii provided. The home gym/kids playroom conveniently leads onto the villa's en-suite maid's room with bunk beds, having its own independent access from the double carport, and laundry.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room with 50" flat screen TV/DVD player and cable TV. Moving outside you can sit and relax or dine outside at the 8 seater dining table under the cover of the large balcony, taking in the vast open views.

Luxury Kitchen

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill.
