This 8 bedroom villa overlooking Surin Bay is a perfect holiday choice for extended families or a group of friends. Easily accommodating up to 18 people, the villa comes complete with Pool table, Gym and Family room.

The spacious living room features a 64inch flat screen TV, surround sound, games console, DVD and extensive film collection.

Spacious Kitchen and Dining Room

The large dining room offers a dining table for 12 and looks through to the large western style kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need for your holiday.

The living room, dining room and kitchen all open up onto the large pool terrace and offer stunning sea views of Surin bay.

There is an additional Thai kitchen where the staff will prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner at an extra cost.

Enchanting Sea Views

The pool terrace features a 75sq m swimming pool and large furnished sala. There are plenty of sun loungers and day beds around the terrace, a Gas BBQ and outside dining table and chairs making this a perfect holiday rental.

The master bedroom suite is located on this floor, offering enchanting sea views of beautiful beaches. The bedroom consists of a 6ft bed, TV, DVD player and a surround sound system. The large en-suite has separate bath, shower and twin sinks.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower level, both en-suites. The first bedroom has a 6ft four poster bed, TV, DVD player and a private terrace overlooking the ocean. Bedroom 3 consists of a 6ft bed and 3 single beds, a TV and a DVD player. There is an enclosed shower and separate WC and sink. There is an open side room with a baby cot.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located next to each other and are both en-suites. Bedroom 4 has a 6ft bed, day bed, TV, surround sound system and DVD player. The spacious en-suite has an oversized sunken black bath, separate double shower cubicle and twin sinks. There is a large wardrobe and dressing room through the en-suite. Bedroom 5 comes with three single beds, day bed, TV, DVD player and a surround sound system. The en-suite comes with an oversized black sunken bath, separate shower and wardrobes. Both these bedrooms share a large wraparound balcony with seating.

The above bedrooms come with ducted air con, ceiling fans and a fridge.

Family Bedroom Suite

The three remaining bedrooms are situated together, off the second living room. Two of the rooms have a single bed; the third bedroom has a 5ft bed. The three bedrooms share a bathroom, making it perfect for a family with two children.

Games Room

On the lower ground level, you will find a pool table, subbuteo, TV with bar and fully equipped Gym and changing room.

Additional Information

The villa is fully serviced with onsite staff and an in house menu.

There is a driver on hand to take you to the local shops and beach.

This villa can also be rented out as one floor, consisting of the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and large Master bedroom suite, including use of the Games room.

Holidays at this Villa can be tailor-made to suit your individual needs, so please advise if you do have any additional requirements.
