The Master Bedroom, with aircon and ceiling fan, has ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom with a large shower area (American Standard rain shower). Furthermore the villa has 2 more bedrooms (both with aircon and ceiling fan), one is currently used as our kid's bedroom. The other one is used as study but has large built-in wardrobe and desk. A lovely pool house can be used as 4th bedroom but has no toilet/shower on its own. The European kitchen with Siemens dish washer leads directly to the outdoor dining area. A laundry area with storage room are integrated part of the villa. A Thai kitchen and a Maid's quarter was added recently.

The villa has a salt chlorinated pool of 44 m2 and a pool shower. The car park with automatic gate has space for a car and 3 motorbikes.  For peace of mind (although not really necessary) an electric fence was installed on the top of the wall surrounding the land plot.

The covered outdoor area of 64 m2 is facing south and offers a lovely sea view. This is Phuket's east coast and Makham Bay is shallow, therefore you will see the rocks when low tide sets in, however, sea view is still available at all times and you can see Phi Phi Island in the distance when the air is clear. The plot is 800 m2, surrounded by large trees. There are no direct neighbors which results in a very private and quiet ambience. 

During the dry season the south easterly winds send a refreshing breeze towards the outdoor area whereby this area is well protected during the rainy season.
