The villa is a brand new, 424 square meter, 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on 648 square meters of land. The house is spacious, open plan and naturally cool all year, utilizing natural ventilation, thick insulation, large roof overhangs and shade trees. As a result, this house is typically several degrees cooler than neighboring houses and air conditioning is never necessary.

The ground floor is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room/kitchen.

The second floor is the main living area, with a huge open living room and western style custom kitchen, and a guest bedroom and bathroom at the back. Pool and Garden

The land is 162 square waa (648 sqm) and is chanoth title, which the only real proof of ownership land title in Thailand.

A 3 meter high artificial rock and waterfall at the deep end of the pool provides a fun climbing, jumping and diving area and also serves as the pump room and garden storage shed. A fish pond at the shallow end of the pool leads to a small waterfall and stream.

There is an orchid garden under a bamboo shade next to the pool with about 300 orchids and the garden is home to over 500 lelawadee (franjipani plumeria) plants or various magnificent colors. We have about 20 papaya and banana trees that produce more fruit each day, all year round, than you and your friends can ever eat.

There is parking under the house for car and motorcycles and a workshop area in the back.

The land is surrounded by a 2m high perimeter wall which is entirely covered with bamboo and bougainvillea for a natural look and high security. The wall is wired with sensors to the security system making the property highly secure.
