VILLOFT® is a contemporary tropical low maintenance house with a simple and regular lay out. A large two store window creates an ambience of grandeur. The large windows flood the space with light, an open stairwell emphasizes the generous spaces of both living area and office area.

VILLOFT® introduces elements that visually break down the difference in levels. An internal balcony with glass balustrade is suitable as office area and library allowing direct views down the lower level and swimming pool.

Precisely balanced elements ensure that this attractive VILLOFT® is not only functional but also flows smoothly from the house to the outdoor.

VILLOFT® has three bedrooms. On the upper floor two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.

VILLOFT® is designed with respect of privacy to the neighboring homes and to allow the passage of light and grant dynamism to the facade. The ground floor brings together a large bedroom, a bathroom and the lounge, dining room and kitchen in a single but well divided space, overlooking the Feng Shui Garden and swimming pool.Rawai is located at the southern tip of Phuket. It is much less touristy than nearby kata and karon beaches and an excellent place to experience some real Thai culture. This palm-fringed beach is best known for sea gypsies, a formerly nomadic fishing minority believed to be of Malanesian descent. Along with Chalong, Rawai is one of Phuket's two main ports and has connections to many of Phuket's islands. Rawai beach itself is only used to moor fishing boats, long tail boats and speed boats, for snorkeling and sightseeing trips to neighboring islands. There is a Sea Gypsy Village by the pier with shops and longtail boats for rent. Lots of seafood restaurants on the beach, this is where Phuket Town comes on the weekend for a beach party. There are many popular cocktail bars and restaurants on the beach for a limited but fun night life.

VILLOFT is located two minutes driving to department stores, restaurants and main facilities. The closest beaches are Nai Harn (4 Km. – about 10 minutes driving) and Kata (8 Km. – about 15 minutes driving).VILLOFT LAY OUT
A choice of interior design solutions will be provided to our clients. A furniture package and a resort dressing pack will include everything you need to move into your new home including flat screen TV, Hi-Fi, Kitchenware, bed linen and a dressing pack of curtains, blinds and artwork. The furniture package and dressing pack are required if the villa is to be entered into the rental program.
