The property consists of 2 separate houses. The first house is a fully furnished all teak wooden house with 2 bedrooms, TV room, sitting room and a big surround deck. The second house is a separate furnished one bedroom guesthouse studio unit with own kitchen and bathroom. Both houses have king size beds. There is also undercover carport parking for 3 cars.

This property comes with swimming pool, security system, home phone line, hi-speed internet, 100+ Channel Satellite TV, Big 50 inch TV, 4 air conditioners, in an excellent location and close to all amenities.
