This luxurious sea view villa is a modern 3-story home with 3 bedrooms, each with a private en suite and air conditioning. With it's own private swimming pool and garden, the house provides stunning views of the famous Patong Bay as well as privacy and security. The large windows and location, perched on a cliff, allows the villa to be bathed in tropical sunlight, yet comfortable with wisps of afternoon sea breeze.

Outside there are several areas to sit and relax with friends while enjoying the view including a sala next to the front entrance, and a tastefully appointed pool deck.

The living room is fully equipped with a 42-inch LCD TV with an extensive library of films and music on a Mac Mini entertainment suite as well as Satellite TV. The open concept living room and dining room provide a great space to enjoy great meals and relax after a wonderful day or eventful evening in Phuket.

The three bedrooms are all decorated to make you feel at home, the Master bedroom occupies the third floor and is spacious with a small private balcony and bathroom with bathtub.. The second bedroom, on the main floor, has east facing windows which allows it to take in wonderful morning sunlight. The third bedroom has the ability to sleep up to 4 people with two queen sized beds, this bedroom is on the first floor and is the one bedroom in the house with direct pool access.

The western style, fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare wonderful meals, or if you prefer a Thai chef can be provided on request, at additional cost to prepare special meals for your group. Free WiFi is provided throughout the villa as well as a 21 iMac for you to stay connected.
