we offer here our house in Naiharn .it is located in a quiet area ,but not far from beach and supermarket. we have saltwater pool,.inside we have aircons in the 2 big bedrooms and in the livingroom+kitchen. everywhere are fans installed ,which works pretty well for us-we never use aircons.
there is a carport for your car.,there is a relaxing poollounge outside-illuminated at night if you like.the water comes from our well and is cleaned by UV lamps.Osmosis installation in the kitchen for drinking water.We have a Chevrolet Pickup 3l automatic wich can be rented also.local shops an restaurants nearby.
