This house is a dream home with everything you could wish for. It includes a one rai property(1600 sqm) and the house itself is 759 sqm. It is located in the south of phuket in Rawai in a quiet area close to Rawai beach.

The house is fully furnished and has 10 pair of speakers and 9 Tv´s. External and Internal Jacuzzi is at your hands also. There is well water and government water on site. The windows are tinted green so normally you don´t have a problem with heat. There is 5 bedrooms , but the music room or the dressing room can function as a 6th or 7th bedroom if needed. Swimming pool is of highest quality and is 5x8 meters. On the back of the house the whole glass is a water fall. It is 8 meters high.

There was recently installed a brand new professional pool table for those who enjoy a game.

A chef is not included in the price, but can be arranged if required.

We also have cars and bikes for rent if you need. The manager of the villa runs a tour company and is more than willing to help with tour bookings be it regular tours or helicopter trips. Whatever your needs in Phuket we will provide it for you!
